Lore is underway

The above photo of Pagoda Circle in St. Louis was taken at the former site of the 1904 World's Fair in the city's Forest Park. This pagoda is a replacement built in the 1920s after the original (constructed in 1876) suffered fire damage in the 1910s.

During the fair, it hosted musical concerts and still remains accessible only by boat.
